LIDGARD 40 PILOTHOUSE  

Golden Spirit is a beautiful three-skin Lidgard pilothouse yacht designed and built for comfortable coastal and blue water sailing. Prof built in 1988, the yacht offers a spacious and light-filled interior with remote auto-pilot control from the internal pilothouse nav station. Carefully maintained by owner of 25 years, a new rig was stepped in 2007 and new teak decks laid in 2011. Set up for single-handed sailing with electric halyard winch, single line reefing, furling headsail and furling code zero, the yacht is well balanced, swift and easily managed by a couple in all weather. Accom consists of three doubles, comfortable saloon and galley and a large head with Corion bench and Sealand electric head. Powered by Mazda 80HP 4 cyl diesel on shaft (7-8 knot cruise) and generous tankage (500L water) (300L diesel), Golden Spirit is well set up for extended cruising.
