Cavalier 45 Centre Cockpit
Great Escape II has been a one owner boat, commissioned new from Export yachts. She has done numerous voyages around the Pacific and has proved to be a superb blue water and coastal cruising yacht. She has three private cabins and two heads with a proper sea going galley, nav station and saloon. The Cavalier 45s are well known for their sea keeping ability. Remarks
As mentioned there are areas needing refurbishment, but overall she shows well, and some of the projects like the teak deck can be sorted at some stage as it is cosmetic as the teak is glued on.. The gelcoat and interior timber is good for the vessel age, clearly protected by the full cover that is fitted during the winter months.
