Maintenance Carried Out Over Time
Both engines have been removed from the boat, stripped, sand blasted and painted with high heat enamel;
Starter motors serviced and coated with corrosion inhibitor paint;
All hydraulic oil lines and oil filters replaced;
Both engine's ECVs coated with corrosion inhibitor paint;
Sump gaskets and crankshaft main seals replaced;
All electrical wiring on the engine has been refitted and terminated with Deutsch plugs;
Both saltwater engine cooling pumps reconditioned( bearings, seals and new impeller shaft and impeller);
Both engine room doors were stripped and refitted with fire and noise reduction Sorberbarries foam from Pyrotek;
Both legs including transom mounting plates and gimbal housing components removed, sandblasted and powder coated, fully serviced and refitted back onto to boat;
New upgraded Bravo 3 gearbox cooling shower system;
Continuity earthing kit fitted on both legs with new electronic anodes.
The hull fully anti-fouled and the props primed and painted with prop foul release
A very well-maintained boat with a very good electrical system with current certification.
