Crafted by Bill Dixon, known for creating space and light, the large volume C390 is designed as a family sport cruiser. Numerous hull windows fill the cabins with light, while the wrap around windows in the salon provide panoramic views, creating a real sense of space and connection to the sea. A feature of the 390C is single level living and entertaining. The cockpit and saloon merge together seamlessly, flowing through the glass bi-fold doors.
A large awning with an electrically operated fabric sunroof enables the cockpit to easily transform from a cosy sheltered space into an open entertaining area in the sun. Complementing this, is a large electric glass sunroof in the salon. The rear lounge features an electrically operated backrest that folds flat, while the teak cockpit table (electrically) drops down turning the whole aft part of the cockpit into a giant sun-lounger. "Share Bliss" has a fixed swim platform and we added a custom stainless-steel staple, which supports the dinghy tender and outboard. Furthermore, there is a custom bait board for fishing, and a hot/cold outdoor shower.
Sun-seekers can also take advantage of the massive foredeck which is furnished with squabs.
The saloon features a stylish L-shaped settee to port wrapping around the extendable table, with a reversible backrest, converting into a forward-facing two-seater with views through the windscreen when a boat is underway. To starboard, is the galley which features a double sink and a two-burner gas hob. Flanked by generous storage is a gas oven, while the large traditional fridge is located aft. On the portside the owner elected to have a chest freezer installed.
This C390 has a three-cabin layout with the voluminous master cabin in the bow accommodating an island berth with easy access. The ensuite is spacious, with a separate shower and electric head. She offers two guest cabins, one double to starboard and twin single berths to port, offering the ultimate in flexible accommodation. The day head is easily accessed from the companionway.
Access to the engine room is under the cockpit sole, via an electric hatch revealing a clean and well organised engine room, fitted with Volvo Penta's D6-DPI 380hp engines and DuoProp stern legs, giving a top speed of 34 knots. Manoeuvring is stress-free thanks to Volvo Penta's joystick control system, hydraulic power steering, automatic trim tabs and a Raymarine autopilot. She also features a full electronic vessel control system, with electronic throttle and shift.
The helm station has its own access to the side deck which is covered in low maintenance synthetic teak along with the cockpit, swim platform and foredeck.
